If you're a CEPU member employed in Telstra, the enterprise agreement covering you has expired.
While Telstra's senior management never worry about having to negotiate their own pay increases, they've denied you the right to get yours negotiated - by walking away from wage talks in July last year.
With new workplace laws forcing them back to the table and a new CEO wanting to improve relations with a range of stakeholders, Telstra is talks with its unions about how to get the talks back on track.
The CEPU is pushing for a wage deal that rewards you fairly for your contribution to Telstra's profitability.
